WALK YOUR WAY TO FITNESS

Do you want to exercise but not sure where to start? This course incorporates walking and gentle exercises that will improve your stamina, develop core strength and assist with weight-loss. In addition you will be encouraged to explore the areas of wellbeing that are important to you and develop realistic long, medium and short term goals. Experience the benefits of improved health; increased energy, greater motivation levels and a happier healthier life. Wear comfortable walking clothing and shoes. Bring a cap/hat and water bottle. Suitable for men and women.
