WALKING, JOGGING & EXERCISE FOR GIRLS

This course is aimed at girls who want to get fit, active and healthy. The sessions incorporate a range of exercises to develop, strength, flexibility and stamina. The instructor will support and encouraged each person at own ability level
 
Ideal for those who prefer non-team activity and want to improve their health and appearance. 
 
Classes are held outside. Wear comfortable clothing and sports type shoes. Bring a cap and water bottle.
 
Best suited for teenage girls.
