High5 is the drink/energy sponsor of the 2009 Six Foot Track.  The H5 Energy Source (drink) being used at the aid stations is the Summerfruit flavour and the EnergyGel's will be mixed flavours throughout the event.

It is important for runners to try out High5 products before race day to minimise the risk of the product not agreeing with you.
