If you have a group of 8 or more people who want to close the gap between where they are now and where they want to be when it comes to your health and wellbeing then a group workshop is a ideal place to start.

This workshop will provide information about positive health changes you can make in your everyday life to help you live a healthier life.  And you will have time to explore and share ideas & experiences and take steps towards optimum health.

The facilitator/presenter, Susan Griffith uses a combination of education, facilitation and Wellness Coaching to help you to build a solid wellness foundation and develop a personal ‘wellness plan’.
