Throroughout the year specialised training and/or group programs will be organised for runners & walkers and their friends.
For beginners or those who haven’t run for years and want to get back into it. You will learn technique, breathing, increasing time/distance, what to wear and lots of other tips. The coach is very supportive and nobody is left behind.

Interval training is a great way to improve your running. These sessions are suitable for runners who have run regularly for at least 6 months.
Suits people having completed the Learn to Run course (and can run 4km+ non stop).
The Tuesday runners are now running on Monday night for the summer. You can check still check out the 2009 3k Time Trial results.

Regular weekend runs will be organised most weekend. Most suitable for runners who speed is slower than 5 min per km.
