Ever wonder if what you are putting inside your body enables you to perform at your best? If so this workshop is not to be missed. You will learn about basic nutrition and fluid requirements for endurance training and racing, how much you need (and when) and the facts and myths around some sports products.
 
 
Rebecca Hay is a Sports and Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) with over 15 years work experience. She provides expert, and practical advice in the areas of sports nutrition & weight loss. Rebecca is an avid cyclist (road and mountain bikes), and has competed in Ironman, Xterra and many shorter distance triathlons.
