Meet at: Usual Spot (War Memorial at Allan Border Oval, Mosman)

18km route Map name: Paceline Opera House 18k
8/11km route Map name: Paceline Harbour Bridge 11k
8km runners - follow 11k route till you get to Wycombe Rd, then go up Wycombe to Military along to Belmont, back to start (just over 8k)
It is important (unless you know where you are going) that you print and bring a copy of the map as NO hard copies will be available or run morning.

Note: Paceline run in the rain & sunshine. On the rare occasion of lightening, torrential downpour, storm or high temperatures the session will be cancelled.
Participation Form- All participants are required to sign a Participation Form before their session in a Paceline Coaching and Training Sesssion.
