Wednesday Paceline (Interval Training)

Interval training can benefit all levels of runners, in particular for those who have been running for a year or more and want to get more out of your training or maybe you are training for an event and want to improve your race time, then interval training will help you achieve this.

The session are aimed to help you achieve a higher level of fitness.  Check out the Calender of Training for dates/session types.
 
Meeting Place:          War Memorial, cnr Myahgah Road, The Crescent, Mosman, NSW

Session Fees:
 
Single Session Casual Fee $10
 
Multiple Session book 11 passes* for $110
 
Note: Paceline run in the rain & sunshine. On the rare occasion of lightening or torrential downpour or storm the session will be cancelled.
 
Participation Form - All participants are required to sign a Participation Form before their session in a Paceline Coaching and Training Session.
