Weekend Paceline Training Groups
Paceline and Footpoint Shoe Clinic encourage runners to gather each weekend for a group long run. All level of runners are welcome and route maps of the route are posted on this website on Thursday prior to the weekend. The run length vary usually 2 options - the short run option (of around 8-9km) and long option of 12+km. These runs are NOT coached sessions though a coach is open a participant and run leader. You run at your own risk.
Meeting Place: War Memorial, cnr Myahgah Road, The Crescent, Mosman
Meeting Time: Varies (ensure you check the calendar)
Day: Sat. or Sun
Pace: Various - just come along and meet other likeminded/like-paced runners
Fee: No fee (no coaching services are provided on these runs)
Note: Paceline run in the rain & sunshine. On the rare occasion of lightening, torrential downpour, storm or high temperatures the session will be cancelled.

Participation Form - All participants are required to sign a Participation Form before their first time at a Paceline Coaching and Training Session.
