Sunshine Coast Running Sessions & Services

 
One of the best ways to improve your running & racing is to work with the support of a qualified coach. The Paceline Coaching and Training running coaches have over 20 years experience. 
 
Susan Griffith, Principal, Paceline Coaching and Training is based on the Sunshine Coast and is the key coach in this area. 
 
Services available:
  
 
Interval training can significantly improve your running speed, strength and/or endurance.
 
Meeting Place:          Sunshine Coast University Sports Centre
 
Meeting Time:            5.30-6.45pm
 
When:                         Every Monday Night (term time)
 
Cost:                           $12 non SCU Gym members - FREE SCU Gym members
 
Sessions are suitable for runners who have run regularly for at least 6 months & can run 3km in under 20 mins. NOT suitable for beginners.
 
  
For beginners or those who haven’t run for years and want to get back into it. You will learn technique, breathing, increasing time/distance, what to wear and lots of other tips. The coach is very supportive and nobody is left behind.
 
Weekly handouts are provided (via email). Open to both males and females over 16 years.
 
Weather:  Sessions are run in most weather conditions.  Sessions may be postponed due to heavy rain/storms or extreme heat.  Note: while the session goes for 1.5 hrs you will NOT be running for that time.
 
There are a variety of courses available commencing from 17 October 2011.  Check out to see if there is a location/time that suits you.
