Sydney Running Sessions & Services

 
One of the best ways to improve your running & racing is to work with the support of a qualified coach. The Paceline Coaching and Training running coaches have over 20 years experience.  The head coach in Sydney is Anne Powell.  Anne is a great trainer with years of personal experinence competing in endurance events. 
 
Services available:
  
Interval training is a great way to improve your running. These sessions are suitable for runners who have run regularly for at least 6 months.
 
Held every 6 weeks (approx) on Wednesday night (and replaces the Interval training session).  A great way to benchmark your performance.
 
Suits people having completed the Learn to Run course (and can run 6km+ non stop).

Saturday - Group Long Run
For experienced runners who are capable of running 10k+ (slow is okay).  A great place to meet and run with like-minded people.  Weekly route map provided; check 'This Weeks Training' for more details.
 
Regular coach led run - suits newer runners wanting to improve their speed and/or distance with a supportive coach.
 
 
Throroughout the year specialised training and/or group programs will be organised for runners & walkers and their friends.   
 
Learn how to deep water run so you can add variety to your running training program and/or have the skills to be able to jump in the pool should you incur an injury that stops you from running on hard surfaces. 
 
For beginners or those who haven’t run for years and want to get back into it. You will learn technique, breathing, increasing time/distance, what to wear and lots of other tips. The coach is very supportive and nobody is left behind.
