Monday Paceline

                                                                                                                               
 
Would suit people who can run at least 7km non stop at a speed of <6 min per km pace. 
 
You can expect to be challenged by the coach, who'll encourage you to wrok out of your comfort zone at some stages throughout the session; all with aim of helping you to improve your running strength and speed.
 
You will cover approx 7-9km at this session.
 
 
The sessions are held every Monday night (except public holidays).  The group is friendly and supportive.

Single Session Casual Fee $10 

Multiple Session book 11 passes* for $100  
 
Note: Paceline run in the rain & sunshine. On the rare occasion of lightening, torrential downpour, storm or high temperatures the session will be cancelled.
 
Participation Form- All participants are required to sign a Participation Form before their session in a Paceline Coaching and Training Sesssion.
