1. Mothers Day Classic - Sunday 14 May 2012
Program length 8 weeks
Program commences Week commencing 12 March

Weekend training session Saturday 7.30am
Participation criteria - Program suits newer runners who run at slower than 6 mins per km. Ideally by you should be able to run 6km non-stop (speed is not important) by 6 June. If you are unsure if this group is right for you email Peter on peter@purrfektionpt.com.

2. Sydney Morning Herald Half Marathon (21.1km) - Sunday 20 May 2012
Program length 15 weeks
Program commences Week commencing 6 Feb

Weekend training session Saturday 6.30am
Participation criteria - Program suits those who are aiming for their first 1/2 marathon or looking to improve their time. Should be able to run 10km in under 70 mins by 30 Jan. If you are unsure if this group is right for you contact Anne on anne.powell@au.pwc.com
