Wednesday Paceline

                                                                                                                               
Interval Training
 
These sessions are intense workouts that will help to improve your speed and/or strength.  The type of session varies depending on what the group is training for but can include, hill repeats, flat running on the oval, beach running and every 6 weeks there is a time-trial.
 
Would suit people who can run at least 7km non stop at a speed of <6 min per km pace.  This is a challenging session and NOT recommended for beginner runners.
 
You can expect to be challenged by the coach, who'll encourage you to work out of your comfort zone at some stages throughout the session
 
You will cover approx 7km at this session.
 
 
The sessions are held every Wednesday night.  The group is friendly and supportive.

Single Session Casual Fee $10 

Multiple Session book 11 passes* for $100  
 
Note: Paceline run in the rain & sunshine. On the rare occasion of lightening, torrential downpour, storm or high temperatures the session will be cancelled.
 
Participation Form- All participants are required to sign a Participation Form before their session in a Paceline Coaching and Training Sesssion.
